A few years ago, I was lucky enough to experience @palmheightsgc when it had just opened. I’ll admit, I’m biased as i love anything my friend, @personal_pan_pizza_ is involved with, but this really isn’t just any ordinary hotel. So I feel very grateful that I was asked back down this week to create a special dinner for guests. Biggg thank you to the whole team for not only making the event a success, but especially to incredibly talented and sweet @jaketylerbrodsky for opening up his kitchen to me and making everything go so smoothly. @aboynamedbambi for trying to get me to chill out and abandon that New York energy to the island good vibes. @sueperchan and @samwessner for starting this convo monthssss ago. @gabriellakhalil you were there in spirit but I’ll come over and make the whole menu for you 😘
