Chai Cinnamon Rolls inspired by @rhode skin cinnamon roll peptide lip tip 🤎 Chai Spice Mix: 1 tbsp cinnamon 1 tbsp ginger 2 tsp nutmeg 1 tsp cardamom 1 tsp cloves 1 tsp allspice Dough: 1. Warm 2 cups milk, 1⁄2 cup oil, and 1⁄2 cup sugar; dissolve sugar. 2. Cool to 100-110°F, add 1 packet yeast; let foam (~5 min). 3. Mix in 4 cups flour. Cover and let rise 1 hour. 4. Add 1⁄2 cup flour, 11⁄2 tsp salt, 1⁄2 tsp baking soda, 1⁄2 tsp baking powder, and 1 tsp chai spice. Filling:
Mix 1 stick melted butter, 1⁄2 cup sugar, 1⁄2 cup brown sugar, and 2 tbsp chai spice. Assemble: 1. Roll dough to 1⁄4-inch rectangle, spread filling, roll into a log. 2. Cut into 12 pieces, place in buttered 9x13 pan. Let rise 20 min. 3. Bake at 375°F for 20-25 min. Frosting:
