Today marks six whole months of teaching pilates as an apprentice instructor and what a journey it has been 🤸🏾‍♀️ Six months ago I was questioning if I was ready. Even after months of training I felt legit scared to teach infront of a group. I hadn’t been scared or nervous to do something in a while, which is how I knew I was in the right place. After teaching my first class back in September I cried in the bathroom and had five minutes to pull myself together before doing it all over again lol but I did it. And I’ve been showing up for myself and others every week since. Growing, learning, and putting my voice into the world with the hopes of helping someone else feel more in tune with their body. Today, I can say I’ve found my voice, my creativity, and I learn something new during this practice every single time I teach. Thank you to everyone who has come to a class so far, supported my journey and believed in me. Im so grateful to have found an outlet that makes me feel so good on the inside and out. Cant wait to see where the next six months take me 🤎
