After multiple delays, chef Lino Yi finally opened his Korean-American food stall TKO (@tko_thekorean1) in Atlanta. The menu includes cheesy Korean corn dogs, kimchi fried rice, Korean fried chicken nuggets, Korean beef egg roll taquitos, and hot and spicy tteokbokki (rice cakes). “Much like my own upbringing, I’m forming a bridge between Korean and American cultures and traditions,” Lino says of melding Korean food traditions with new techniques and ingredients. “Growing up, our Thanksgiving dinners had turkey and gravy as well as Korean BBQ and kimchi.
