here until further notice 🥹 2 evacuations, 22 flights, 11 countries, 8 friends’ homes, 8 Airbnbs, 23 hotel rooms... and somehow, we’re finally settling in. This year has felt like some twisted nightmare — and yet, it’s also been a dream. The kind you wake up from dazed but deeply grateful. We’ve spent more time together as a family than ever before, and now we’re slowly reconnecting with friends after the wildest journey. We can’t thank our people enough — friends, family, clients — who’ve taken us in, checked in, and truly shown up. We haven’t even started the mental clean-up back home. We still don’t have a plan. It’s all still day by day. But we’re back somewhere we love, finding a rhythm with art, work, painting, sourcing, hats, and dreaming up new things. I don’t know how it all unfolds — and that’s okay. There’s a quiet ache in knowing there’s no “home” waiting for us in the way we left it. But we’re building home in each other. I keep manifesting that the perfect place will find us — and I believe it will. We’re just not there yet. If you feel the same, you’re not alone. So many of us are floating, rebuilding, reimagining.
