The proud looking stag keeping his head held high like a true king 🦌 This is the guy i spent most of my time photographing during the rut, it stills annoys me because my pictures all look the same 🙃 It was difficult because i either stuck with him and get pictures or try to find some other deer else where but the risk was that i may not find any and if i did would they be as active as this guy was. I stuck with this guy also because the bracken here was low, so much easier to get a clear picture.
