STOP letting your mind F you over. ⬇️ Your mind dictates the trajectory of your life. It is FAR more powerful than you think. Stay with me ... I originally picked up 15s to do this exercise. (As you can see in the end of the vid) The 20s, 25s, and 30s were taken so I did a set with the 15s. After completing about 3 reps, I knew I was not using my full capabilities. Yeah it would be easy to just keep going at that weight but that would simply be a waste of time. Untapped potential- which y’all know kills me. So my mind said, ok go for those 35s. In that moment I could agree with my mind or I could push myself further. I turned my music up higher, picked up the 40s shut my mind off, and said to myself “light weight baby” and repped that sh*t out. What you say to your mind MATTERS. What you say to your mind determines your effort. Your effort plays a huge role in your success. 99% of people don’t challenge their mind and push themselves, because they settle for “good enough.” Mindset is freaking everything.
