Today, Dani (@pomegeranium) from our culinary team is making chilled borscht! 🥣 This recipe comes from our friend Sasha Shor (@sashashor212), who was born in the Soviet Union (what is now modern-day Moldova). When her family moved from the Soviet Union to Nashville in the late 1970s, they brought recipes from the summers they spent at her grandparents’ dacha, or mountain house, including this delicious svekolnik (chilled borscht).
