Feeling grateful for such incredible feedback about my Bridal Makeup Bootcamp 🙏❤️ #Repost from @pattymcguirehmuartists • As we close out a fantastic year, I’m thankful for the mentorship of UK beloved bridal artist @kristinagasperasmua of @kristinagasperasacademy. I’m so proud of our team, as we’ve all been leveling up and hitting it hard on education and learning the latest in bridal hair and makeup techniques in order to provide our brides with the very best. Kristina’s 2 day intensive bridal makeup boot camp was truly transformative and we are so grateful for her and her team mate @ingasteponaviciute who poured into our team and were so generous in sharing their knowledge with us. Both are such beautiful examples of what I aspire to be and what I look for in growing a professional team. As an artist, I want to be consistently growing and cheering other artists on in their own journeys. I want to be kind in my dealings with others and never forget that integrity is king in whatever I do. In growing a professional team, I want to work along side artists who strive for excellence and who love people. I want to be inspired by them, which always keeps me motivated to keep growing as well. There are artists I’ve come across who don’t want to grow and can’t rise to the occasion in terms of the path we are on to develop excellence in what we do. Some remain stagnant because if it and are more comfortable that way. @kasia_fortuna and @kristinagasperasmua have spoken about the famous theory by @malcolmgladwell that 10,000 hours of deliberate practice will make you world-class in your field. My desire is to surround myself with other artists who believe the same. Each of my team members has a unique blend of natural ability, a passion to grow and develop, as well as a desire to make people happy. This look with our beautiful model @presley_wright0303 is the result of our inspiring boot camp with Kristina, who helped elevate our signature look.
