My recent trip to Melbourne was the first since 2018, and my ‘to go’ list has been exponentially growing since then. At the very top of said list was @capitano.carlton, a neighbourhood Italian restaurant that executes simple but clever dishes to flavour-packed perfection. Pictured are the burrata with focaccia (duh) and tortiglioni in vodka sauce, plus - crucially - a peanut butter and miso old fashioned, which might well be the best thing I’ve ever put in my mouth 🥃🍝🍴
