As a working mom it’s not easy to get my workouts in. It takes a lot of planning to make sure I get to Pilates 3 times a week, but it always makes the rest of my day better (thanks @naturalpilates 😊) If you are do pilates make sure that you are engaging your pelvic floor. It’s an important part of your core. If you do any workout without engaging your pelvic floor muscles you are infact increasing the pressure against them and increasing your risk of pelvic floor disorders such as prolapse and urinary incontinence.
