Last night was a full moon — and whether you follow the moon cycle or not — there's never a bad time to think about what you need to release in your life. šŸŒ•āœØ [In case you didn't know, Full Moon rituals tend to involve writing things down you want to release/get rid of and burning it to truly let it go.. amongst many other things.] So let's chat about that. The releasing. You can, of course, write it down, and burn it, too šŸ˜›. āž”ļø What's something that's holding you back? āž”ļø Is there a limiting belief that you're constantly telling yourself is the reason why X isn't happening? āž”ļø Do you compare yourself to others and rip yourself a part NOT constructively? For me, personally, I need to release GUILT. So much guilt. I feel guilty for not working on my business as much as I think I should because I've got a 4 month old. 🫠 Now I know that sounds crazy and you may be thinking, Donna, you have a new baby, of course you're not going to work on your biz that much! But friend, I'm a workaholic and I am BEHIND on EVERYTHING I had planned for my business. 😩 And the guilt is INTENSE. 🄺 And then when I do work on my biz, I feel guilty that I'm letting my baby squirm and wiggle on the floor alone as she plays the keyboard with her feet on her play gym. šŸŽ¹ It's a cycle. So I gotta let that shiz GO and stop letting it suffocate me because it makes me constantly on edge and the anxiety is through the roof and reaching the cosmos. 😳 Any time I say to myself, "ugh I feel guilty" or "I should be working right now" or "ughhhhhhh I'm so behind on everything, I suck, I can't catch up" ... I'm going to say, "This moment is perfect.", "I'm so blessed I get to work from home and play with my baby whenever I want", "Everything is going to get done when it gets done", "it's OKAY to be behind because I set the rules and I can reset them, too", "i am guilt free and at peace with where i'm at". 🄰 The key is to CATCH yourself as you're having the negative thought / belief pop up .. and in that moment, shift the mindset to something empowering. šŸ§ššŸ»ā€ā™‚ļø Now it's your turn!
