Whole family loves it and it’s easy to customize for each person! ingredients: • 3 cups cooked short-grain white rice • 2 tbsp korean cooking vinegar • 1.5 lb salmon • salt, black pepper, garlic powder (to taste) • 1/4 cup mayonnaise • 2 tbsp masago • sriracha (to taste) • 1 tsp soy sauce • roasted seaweed snacks • furikake • green onions, sliced • cucumbers + avocados, sliced (for serving) how to: 1. preheat oven to 375°F. season salmon with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. 2. bake salmon for 15 min, then remove. 3. mix rice with korean cooking vinegar to make sushi rice. 4.press rice evenly into a baking dish. 5. shred salmon and mix with mayo, masago, and soy sauce. 6.
