GLUTE DAY🍑 I changed up my split and am currently trying out 3 lower bod days (less volume than I’m used to per session) and 2 upper bod days. Did 4 sets of each exercise BUT choose either the single leg rdl or the b-stance rdl (not both). Haven’t done single leg RDLs in a hot min and they got me f ‘d up in the best way ngl.
