This couture week in Paris I was incredibly privileged to host a lunch and small exhibition of pieces from my archive alongside the wonderful @resee to celebrate my new monthly column, ‘Behind The Seams’, basically a geeky indulgence of multiple layers of fashion insiderism. I showed a bunch of John Galliano - of course - and items from Westwood, Chanel, Gaultier, Alber Elbaz, Nicolas Ghesquière for Balenciaga and Louis Vuitton, Marc Jacobs, a sculpted Antony Price and a glorious great glob of Christian Lacroix haute couture. And it’s the first time I ever put a bunch of it on mannequins, would you believe? The first, maybe, of many. Thank you to the @resee team and everyone for all this fabulosity.
