So a couple things:
1- I love coffee now
2- I’ve been working on so many important things. Many behind the scenes and personal things in the works.
Many of us will repeatedly come across a chapter in our lives where we can begin to feel mentally unwell (stress, anxiety, etc.) especially when we’re feeling the overwhelming pressure of our responsibilities.
Times like these can teach us so much if we take the time to analyze.
Like:
- How we handle ourselves & treat others
- Our habits that contribute to our mental state and overall wellness
- Specific behavior of those around you
... the list goes on.
If we take the time to pause and take a moment to reflect in between working so fiercely at our goals, we’re able to collect those pieces of knowledge to use in our benefit moving forward.
Like:
- What we need to do more of
- Habits we need to work on
- Who we give energy to or need to take a step back from
etc.
This is an opportunity to truly analyze our own behaviors and the behavior of others.
This is a specific self awareness practice that helps attain internal goals (ex. certain mentality) and external goals (ex. types people we want in our environment.)
While we’re in the midst of a grind / flow state of work, it’s easy to get swept up and out of touch. I sure have many times before.
Here are a few reminders when you’re working hard at achieving your goals:
- prioritize yourself but remain kind & considerate of others
- work fiercely at your goals but take necessary breaks
- push through but don’t forget to tap in
- aim high but stay grounded
3- I love you and we got this 🙂
