Grilled peaches & ciabatta with burrata, toasted hazelnuts & thyme hot honey 🌿🍑 Juicy summer peaches grilled to caramelized jammy perfection, with grilled crusty ciabatta. Served on a bed of arugula dressed with olive oil, creamy decadent burrata, drizzled with a warm thyme hot honey & topped with chopped roasted hazelnuts. The best summer appetizer. I’ve been living at the grill these days, because it’s wayyyy nicer than using my oven inside & heating up the whole house! Sound up to follow along 🍑 Details below 👇🏼🔥 🍯 thyme hot honey •bring 1-4-1/3 cup hot honey (I’m using @redclayhotsauce spicy peach honey) to a boil •remove from heat, stir in 1 tbs. fresh thyme, and a crack of black pepper 🍑🥖 grilled peaches and ciabatta: •slice ciabatta baguette in half, drizzle with olive oil (I ❤️ @californiaoliveranch ) •slice peaches in half, remove pit. brush with olive oil on the flat side. •place in preheated grill flat sides down (bread and peaches) cook 5 minutes & rotate. Cook 5-7 minutes more to desired toast/caramelization 🌰 toasted hazelnuts: Add raw hazelnuts to a preheated skillet, shaking occasionally... once fragrant, remove from heat and sprinkle with salt. Allow to cool & chop to serve. ✨ if you don’t have hot honey, add 1/4-1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes to your honey before boiling!
