@king.newyork we change the menu daily. And sometimes, when we’re really in the weeds, it may change a couple more times mid-service! Since we opened, not a day has passed when we haven’t taped a piece of parchment paper to the kitchen wall with the menu and our jobs mapped out. So begins another day 💪🏻
