Six months ago, @_beauryan asked if I wanted to do a 6-man Ocean Canoe 80+ miles from the Bahamas to Florida for @crossingforcf with @anewkk @brunanigans I was able to convince him to do it individually on SUPs. 😵‍💫 The farthest I’ve ever paddled in one session before this crossing was 12 miles, but I had a feeling the beauty of the ocean would help carry me through. As you can see, she didn’t disappoint. As @travis_suit from @pipersangelsfoundation said all week during the pre- paddle ceremonies, the paddle will be 80 miles of love! ❤️ I certainly felt the love out on those waters and had tears running down my face as the sun came up; it was a moment I won’t soon forget.
