Tea-quila peach martini 🍑🍹 Who says espresso gets to have all the fun?! Infuse your tequila (gin or vodka will work, too!) with loose tea to add a little bitter-sweet & aromatic flavor. Shake with simple syrup, lemon & egg white (y’all know I love egg white in a cocktail!) & serve in a chilled glass! The perfect sip of summertime. I’m using summer peach black tea by @artofteala for my infusion! & bonus: you can actually use that same loose tea for 1-2 more infusions 😉 Details are typed out in the video! But here they are listed out if you’d prefer! 👇🏼 •1 cup tequila with 4 tbs. loose tea (infuse at room temperature for 1-1.5 hours agitating occasionally.) •in a shaker (no ice) add •1 oz. fresh lemon juice •1 oz. simple syrup •1.5 oz. infused tequila (I used @drink818 ) •1 egg white (I prefer pasture raised organic eggs.) •shake 10 seconds •add ice, shake 20-30 seconds •strain/serve
