What a joy to celebrate @nike’s 50th anniversary with a room full of the most powerful female athletes and executives. I teamed up with my dear friend and force of nature @camilla.marcus to co-create the nights menu of Cali-Sichuan inspired cuisine, with support from @oliviamuniak and her @thisislacura team. Menu highlights included celtuce, dragon carrot and maitake carpaccio with @flybyjing tribute pepper yuzu soy dressing, and @westbourne avocado oil cake topped with @craigsvegan ice cream and Zhong tahini caramel Awe inspiring to witness and be a part of such power in one room, and thankful for the women who pave the way, share the stage and pay it forward
