I finally tested positive and surrendered to the covid consciousness. I have been practicing none resistance in all areas of my life. Not an easy task but a practice I am committed too. So Covi came and went with minimal impact and imparted lessons of patience, pace of life, the courage in accepting help and the call to feel deeper into my body and to let go of that which wishes to go. The art of letting go another practice that must be honed. I asked my Vipasana teacher what advise she had on surrendering. Her wisdom was ”stop manipulating yourself, others, life” This time has been highly reflective, a process of identifying what truly wishes to be loving released from my mind and body. I have been journeying all the way back into my childhood in order to unearth blocks that have kept me stuck in loops. Today I am honoring my human experience and acknowledging that I am growing stronger and wiser and learning how to live truly as the minutes pass by. I am focusing my attention on the gift and the giver and all that I came here to be. I don't have all the answers and I have accepted that I don't need all the answers either. Just one divine step at a time. So whatever is to come I will greet it with love, joy and gratitude as this human experience is a gift and a magical journey and it's a choice to see life this way.
