Hello, is it me* you’re looking for? *a turkey recipe that’s not a whole bird that will never dry out and doesn’t require carving that can also be made in advance that anyone with an oven can make regardless of cooking skill level? Frankly, while I am a whole roasted bird person because I love “the vibe,” this is undoubtedly the best tasting turkey you can make. It’s so good it helped me nearly overcome the depression I sank into when I lost everything on my list at the Joan Didion auction. This, plus some cute dilly rolls my grandpa used to make, a green bean casserole that you can make in one skillet (no blanching 🥹🙅‍♀️💦🫡) and other menu ideas, last minute or otherwise, in todays newsletter.
