Thank you for all the birthday ❤️, celebrations, and well wishes - I have felt so supported and connected these past few days🫶🏼 This time last year, I challenged myself to remain present - even when it’s hard, and especially when it’s good - and this past year contained strong doses of both. Presence is a hard thing for me to practice, but I’m getting better at it and will continue to strive for it. This next trip around the ☀️, I will focus on letting go of control, allowing trust, and embracing the raw. Cheers to 37 🥂
