Pecan pie has got to be the easiest pie on the planet! And so good too!Here’s the recipe I used...Pecan Pie1 cup dark Caro syrup2/3 cup sugar3 T butter, melted3 eggs1/4 cup rum (optional)1 t. Vanilla1 cup chopped pecans1 cup pecan halvesFrozen crust, thawedWhisk together first 6 ingredients. Stir in chopped nuts. Pour into crust.
