There's nothing better than laughing with someone until your stomach hurts. I saw this funny video last night that had me in tears. It was a black guy asking a white guy, “Tell me something about black people that's not racist.” So, of course, I was curious to hear what he was going to say. The man looks at the camera and says, “White people can laugh about something and stay in their seats.” 😂😂😂, I lost it; what a funny joke. I hope you lean into the fun, the joy, and the good times. Life is challenging for everyone. One thing that makes it better is always finding a reason to laugh, to find something to put a smile on your face. Even when going through a tough time, make sure you find time to laugh. Humor can bring people together as well. If you and your partner have some healing to do, go to a comedy show. Watch a funny movie. Get some good vibes going. Every conversation doesn't need t to be serious or deep. Humor can move mountains.
