No matter how you’re body looks, it deserves love. Our bodies do so much for us and are literally the reason we are here, it does too much for us to be treated unkindly, it deserves to be appreciated, even if you don’t love the way it looks. Our bodies are our one and only permanent home so we might as-well learn to respect it and show it love.
