Winding down the day with an herbal tea is probably my most soothing and favorite bedtime ritual. ✨ I have my faves: Mint, Rooibos, Verveine...but lately, I’ve been loving this @republicoftea “Beauty Sleep” tea, infused with hydrating rose petals, chamomile, and blackberry leaves. It’s nourishing with adaptogens (Schizandra Berry), and I feel I’m doing something extra special by adding a scoop of @vitalproteins Collagen powder. With or without honey, it’s so good.
