Customer service is something so important every business should be built on. It also ensures the bright future of that business. @niyamamaldives is testament to this. We absolutely loved our vacation at Niyama - the location and rooms speak for themselves - but the staff made it so much better and were truly outstanding and very friendly and approachable. We received so many surprises - bikes to ride on the sand between the rooms and facilities, name tags on the bikes, excellent kids club facilities like water fountains and a trampoline that the kid loved, amazing wraps at lunchtime at the deli. Thanks a lot to Imthi, our butler, for leading from the front and helping answer our queries via text messaging on Wi-Fi, and all the staff who are too many to name. Thank you @niyamamaldives ❤️✨
