I’ve never had a brother, but now that @encurtis is in my life, I think I’m covered 🙏🏽⁣ ⁣ Yea yea yea, I know he’s got the charisma, the muscles and the beard that make him so charming 🙄 but there is so much that you don’t see off camera that make Erik such a good human. I’ve never seen someone as passionate and dedicated to his craft (of making things out of dead trees) and behind the “What’s up my dudes” tagline, is an artist that loves the creative process. He can get deep and introspective on even the smallest topics and details, and I reveled in our evening walks through the neighborhood and late night kitchen counter conversations with @paigemobley and @adair_curtis 🥲⁣ ⁣ Now as his little brother on the show, it was only right that I dove him crazy from time to time too. Whether it was earning the endearing nickname of “Pigpen” in the house, talking too much at 5:30am before he’s had his coffee, or making him do my bodyweight booty band workouts all day, it was safe to say I played the roll pretty well. He kicked my ass in pool basketball and made me do far too many bicep curl exercises, so he got his revenge 🪦⁣ ⁣ Lord willing and the creek don’t rise, we get a season 2 so I can run it back again with this chucklehead 🤪⁣ ⁣ BTW - None of these photos are actually from the show 😂 These shots from @shelbypine are from Erik’s visit to LA.
