I think this cream is great for the summer heat because it’s not overly hydrating or dewy. It’s just enough moisture to keep under eyes feeling soft but not overly to the point where your concealer will slide off! For reference, I have dry skin with your average oily t-zone & eczema prone. This eye cream caused no irritation, kept my under eyes feeling smooth and soft too!
