The last few days have been a very emotional time for us as a company and the country as a whole. We can’t imagine the pain, suffering, madness, and lack of trust it has caused to our friends in the black community. We recognize the system has failed their community time and time again, and things have yet to change. We can’t let that happen this time. We must keep this conversation going. We are having conversations internally and with our peers. We are here to speak with anyone who wants to discuss their feelings on these issues. We know that this isn’t something that is going to be fixed over night. We have made donations to the following organizations, Black Lives Matter, Campaign Zero, and the NAACP Legal Defense Fund and are committed to continuing donating our time and resources moving forward. We highly encourage our peers in the industry to do the same. Mega House has and always will be a company that believes in and fights for racial equality, social equality, fair treatment, and equal pay for all. An industry that grants people the same opportunities regardless of their skin color. We challenge other companies out there to use their voice, privilege, and power to fight for these changes. We are all in this together! We love you all and hope that we can make a change together.
