My workouts are different every week; but I typically like to get: ✨2-3 days of cardio in (running, riding, walking, etc,) ✨2-4 days core/Pilates/strength training ✨4-6 days of yoga (some more restorative others more power) 🧘🏼‍♀️Meditation 2x a day 7 days a week! I like to take a rest day where I listen to my body and see what it’s craving. I may more or do a SUP or run around with my boys; or I may just chill. What’s your week look like?! . . . . .
