Some dishes are easy and others really challenge you. This is one of them. Figuring out how to make soup dumplings without gelatin (agar agar is not the solution) took every ounce of our brain power and we really did it. Then learning how to make and fold really good dumplings was another feat. It’s not perfect yet but it’s close really really close. So proud of what this little kitchen accomplishes.
