Our schedule now that we are BOTH attendings is soooo much nicer and I’m so grateful our journey brought us here. A summary of the childcare we used during our training below 👇🏽 ✨4th yr med school: small home daycare, then regular daycare ✨intern year: moved in MIL ✨derm residency: MIL first 3 months, then she moved back out of state and all girls in daycare; we had a morning helper who helped with drop offs during my crazy rotations ✨attending: all girls in daycare or school and my hours finally mine to decide!
