BIG MAC FAKEAWAY 🍔 Close your eyes, take a bite and imagine you just went through the drive through 😅 except I served mine on the cute boards so it’s a bit fancier & healthier! Ingredients: 120g extra lean beef mince 1 x brioche burger bun 1/2 x tiptop burger thin* 1 x slice burger/smokey cheese Lettuce Onion Pickles Sauce: 20g low fat mayo 5g ketchup / tomato / bbq sauce 5g mustard 5g gherkin / pickles, finely diced 5ml pickle juice / vinegar Pinch of salt, garlic powder & paprika Method: 1. Season the beef mince with salt and pepper. Split it in half and mould into 2 thin patties. Cook in a non stick fry pan until golden brown on both sides (press them down with a spatula to keep them flat). 2. Meanwhile, mix sauce ingredients together. Dice the lettuce and onion. Set aside. 3. Place the bottom bun onto a plate (I toast my bun in the pan for a few seconds first), add some lettuce & the cheese slice. 4. Top with one patty (to melt the cheese slightly), diced onion, pickles, burger thin, remaining lettuce & patty. Spread the sauce over the bun lid and close.
