Hello. It’s been a while since I’ve made a post on here. This last year ( to 19months ) has been a wild ride. Transitioning cities, jobs, career paths, lifestyles. Navigating covid. Getting really fully sober. Now, being back in school pursuing passions in health, wellness, and healing modalities. • It is my intention to show up as authentically as possible, as often as possible, so this post is that. • If anyone out there is going through heavy things, know you’re not alone. We all walk our unique paths , and ultimately we might be journeying solo a lot of the time. It may comfort you to remember that each of us is going through our own challenges, and we face them differently each day. • Stay strong, be light, and show up with and from love as often as you can.
