I went for long barrells which are better for longer or thicker hair. You can also buy these separately but more cost effective if you buy one with the long barrels already. Pros Less heat damage on hair Quicker styling wet to completely styled in 20 ish minutes Professional looking result you can achieve at home Very easy to use for anyone that struggle to blow dry their own hair normally Lots of tools and attachments to create a multitude of styles for ALL hair types Cons Doesn’t hold style or curl as well as usual blow drying methods ( for me ) Need to go over hair daily as hair just didn’t last or stay smooth Not the most affordable product £450+ Having to change between attachments ( newer model has less and don’t need to change barrels) Summary I didn’t love it! Sorry! This is so torn with this product I know people love it! I do however love the dyson hair dryer and it’s massively benefitted the health and growth of my hair! Sadly I had to re do my hair, curl it every single day as no matter what I did I tried so many different methods over 1/2 months and it just didn’t work for me! A normal blow dry with a hair dryer and tong lasts me 5/6 days! But I did find it VERY quick to dry my hair which would normally take me 45 minutes to an hour. For that reason it was too expensive to keep for just doing my hair quickly on the odd occasion. I get much more use out of the hair dryer.
