Almost 5 months of this deployment down. I can confidently say, this has been one of the most challenging times in my life. On top of missing my hubby terribly, & solo parenting 2 littles, I began to struggle with my mental health. I knew I needed to take control of my life again. I talked to a doctor, got back into the gym, implemented more self care & it feels SO👏🏻GOOD👏🏻 I have grown more in the past 5 months than I have in the past few years!
