"Intuitive Freedom" With “Intuitive Freedom” we are presented with a landscape slightly bathed by the light of a central figure, a fountain-like fissure between desire and free will, mixing shades and shapes inviting us to release the grip which we tightened ourselves. The source that grants the work it’s smooth illumination also lights the shift in Ikaro’s own perception of their process, once felt imprisoned by their constant use of red and purple, is now clear that this is a path laid by their intuition since infancy, and that it gives an outline, not a barrier, to their world. With every step taken, Cavalcante’s deep energetic connections assures with certainty that what we cannot see but feel guides their affections into art, and our eyes to a swing in details fine crafted.
