My son helps me unload a truck on a Sunday afternoon. We have been rebuilding Hell's Kitchen - which now has been rented to a client who is taking two floors to convert into a sound stage. Flug will remain on one floor to support the new facility - but the lions share of our operations have shifted to LIC and Chelsea locations. It's been busy, and it seems most people don't want to screw up their unemployment with work. Crazy times but chin is up and we are rolling. P2 - his middle name is in the concrete outside from 2013.
