✨SWEET MANGO BREAKFAST BOWL✨
If you haven’t tried one of my oats n yogurt breakfast bowls yet.... Let this be your sign to go to brekky heaven!! This beauty has Fresh tropical fruits, mango purée, yogurt, satisfying heart healthy oats and is destined to be your new favorite morning meal! Let’s get it!!
INGREDIENTS- serves one
- 1 cup gf oats
- 1 cup plant milk
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 1 tbs date syrup (optional)
- 1 cup plantbased yogurt
- 1 tbs macadamia butter (or nut butter of choice.)
- 1/2 a mango, divided in 2
- dragon fruit
- coconut shreds
TO MAKE
1. Combine oats, milk,chia and date syrup if using into a bowl, mix thoroughly, cover and refrigerate for 1 hr or up to overnight.
2. Once oats are ready, remove from the fridge and set aside
3. Slice your dragon fruit and then Divide your 1/2 mango in two. Dice both. Add half to a small bowl and purée with a stand mixer until smooth then set aside.
4. Grab your bowl of oats, top with yogurt, swirl through mango purée and top with your fresh mango, dragon fruit and coconut.
