In my gaining weight season🫠⬇️
Im 4’11” and while I love being petite I also don’t like to feel like a little girl in my body not being able to fill in my jeans. I have been focusing more on heavy lifting and eating more protein packed meals. It’s been such a struggle to make myself eat when I am already so full from previous meals. I know some of you may think that forcing yourself to eat might not be that difficult but when you start tracking your calories and eating more protein, your stomach stays fuller longer. Whether you want to lose weight or gain it, calorie counting is so effective and I recommend it! While you might think it’s tedious to track your calories, believe me... I did too! I started with tracking my crappy meals even when they were unhealthy choices and I learned that I was not eating nearly enough protein to achieve my goal. I also do not deprive myself from eating what I want. I make sure that I love what I eat. Just in case you are curious of how I track...
