Today, and for the first time since moving to Dallas, I put on my music and just moved. I used to do this on a regular basis but haven’t made time for it lately, and today I knew I needed to. I never know what moves I’m going to do, I just let the music lead me. I don’t focus on form & technique, I just go for the joy and the burn comes along. It felt so right to be back at the barre with no agenda, no routine, no worries. I needed it. Just music, movement and a whole lot of gratitude. I left the video unedited so you can get a backstage seat into the music debacles (my Alexa was a bit cranky today:)- it doesn’t matter if the music stops, just keep moving to your own rhythm.
