The last 3-4 months, I’ve made a very conscious decision to take my life back. I had gotten comfortable with being out of shape and accepting it as my life. I’m happy to say that is no longer the case. I’ve been killing myself in the gym and with my diet. I’ve noticed a significant change in the way I feel, my motivation, and just my overall mental clarity. Excited to stay on this journey.
