Do you like it Hard or Soft? 😏Using @oldelpasoaustralia Hard & Soft Taco Kit I have just started the double-layer taco challenge. Tacos + Wok = Wokcos? 🌮 OG Double Layer with twist Ingredients: OEP hard and soft shell box 1 finely chopped small onion 500 g lean beef mince Lettuce shredded 1 punnet cherry tomatoes 1/2 avocado chopped fresh coriander 1 cup grated cheddar cheese Sauce 'Yum Sauce' Kewpie Mayonnaise Chilli Oil Left over OEP sachet (1 tsp) Method: - Heat a little oil in a pan, cook onion until soft -Add mince and cook stirring with a wooden spoon to break up mince, for 5 minutes or until browned - Add Taco Seasoning, and Taco sauce simmer for 2 minutes. - Heat Taco shells in oven for a few minutes - Warm soft shell with cheese on low until melted - Place hard shell on melted cheese - Fill Taco shells with cooked mince, lettuce and cherry tomato and cucumber mixture. - For the 'yum sauce' squeeze around a few tablespoons of Kewpie in the leftover seasoning sachet and add chilli oil (dependent on heat) - garnish & enjoy Ad #PorqueNoLosDos #DoubleLayerTaco #DoubleLayerChallange
