As a content creator, business owner, and aspiring model... You can imagine I have a lot of things to juggle in my plate. This is my system that I formed when things were getting a bit overwhelming. Last month, on a flight to NY, I sat my ass down and started planning the rest of my year out. This effort was partially inspired by a video @andreaxcasanova posted(go check her out, she has lots of value to offer on her page!) Before I could timeblock and schedule tasks, I needed to figure out what tasks were needed first. So I split my time into 3 main categories: 💰Income Generators: Any work that is your main source of income to support your daily neccesities and lifestyle go here 💗Passion Projects: like a hobby but also more than a hobby, its something you’re willing to put extra time and effort into growing. And if you’re lucky, one day that passion project could turn into an Income generator, like @lowkeystonks.official did for me. ☀️Personal Life: I further split it into Growth, Leisure, and Relationships. This part is pretty straightforward, these are activities that help with your work life balance Once you’ve listed out all the activities and projects that shape your day to day life, time to set goals and assign priority. Writing your goals down will force you to think about the next step, which is the HOW Color code each category and start timeblocking on your calendar. Probably should allocate more time to your Income Generator tasks since your current livelihood depends on it and follow that with passion projects and personal leisure so you can have something to look forward to at the end of the day! 👉 Feel free to tweek those timeblocks over time and don’t worry if you can’t follow the schedule exactly at first, because a routine does take time to build! ✍️Ok signing off!
