Health is everything, I feel so lucky for the health care I have available being ‘Australian’- In some countries living with type 1 diabetes would result in death. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to complete surf September (raising money by surfing everyday for isolated communities in need) because of reef injuries- some consequential from my own health challenges which I had to make my priority.
