Women need safe spaces to be vulnerable, to get support, to feel empowered. My dear friend @iamdebralee #DebraLee has created such a space through her @wearelwd organization. I had an amazing time co-hosting the first #LWD event especially curated for my hometown #Detroit. So many wonderful women in the room (more pics to come!) who were from Detroit or work in the city. I had the pleasure of interviewing the amazingly talented designer (and my @casstechalumni high school classmate) @tracy_reese and wore one of her gorgeous @hopeforflowersbytracyreese dresses, and the amazing @melissarbutler, owner and founder of @thelipbar - and I’m lovin’ wearing her #BawseLady lip color. 👄 We had a wonderful conversation about #ProfoundEndurance.
