the art of letting go. it’s the undoing that sometimes hurts the most. this season brings up a lot for me, a multitude of things ... pain.... joy... anger...gratitude.... it’s a mixed bag. It’s my bag. I find myself looking for outward validation, love, affection and sometimes it works lately it hasn’t so i’ve been trying this.. Giving myself a hug. Eating something sweet to ground me (the earth is sweet)...journaling , i write or video journal. in the season of loving myself through wherever i’m at. not assigning a value. all of it, of this is valuable. i am valuable. i am easy to love. it’s a mixed bag. i’m a mixed bag. i’m human. i’m spirit. i’m a miracle.
